ZOOM R16 Recoder: Interface: Controller-System Test The DarKside Studio has a, ZOOM R16 Recorder. It is an 8-track digital recording/computer interface device that has many features.
One feature it does not have is a built in drum machine, which may not be a big deal, but the owner of, Chandler Music in
McKenzie-Tennessee, said it did! But I'm going to put that issue aside for now, and focus on what I do have to work with.
After reading the manual repeatedly, I still could not hear my guitar, which the manual specifies to be plugged in
to the first channel (1). After much frustration, I traced it to a bad connection with a headphone jack adaptor! Shitmanfuck!
And that was pure accident too. I was already pissed at not being able to find any settings to engage a drum machine, because
there was none (went to the website too), so I decided I would listen to some music on my, Playlist, and maybe re-read the
damn manual again!
When I went to unplug my headphones is when I heard the beautiful clean sound of my, (Squire)
Fender Telecaster. The headphone adaptor had a loose connection.
So, I guess I will head back to Chandler's Music
and not only buy a good set of headphones, but look at a drum machine as well. Not that I like drum machines over a real drummer,
I just don't own a drum set, or microphones. I should have never gave up learning the drums 26 years ago when I sold my first
set, which were Tama's by the way. The mistakes I've made.
Maybe Chandler's Music will give me a good cash discount,
especially on the drum machine!

ASUS LifeFrame Program-Sound Failure After 10 SecondsMade my very first video using the, ASUS LifeFrame webcam program, on my laptop. I realy like the black and white effect for
the video, but the sound stops recording after 10 seconds.
I went to their website and found some the manual, but
it did not address the sound length issue. But, maybe I over looked something. I will update this post and provide some links
to what I've found.

Herman Finds Solace in His Darkside StudioHerman slowly built his Darkside Studio. He found comfort in the darkness. Herman had realized long ago, "the candle
flame of thought shines it's brightest in the darkness". Darkness Is More Than The Absence Of
Light It was more than just the absence of light that Herman was seeking. He was seeking true darkness,
to become one with the darkness. Then Herman could truly be hid from the world that disrupted his peace. He would not be found
in the dark. He would use his, DarKside Studio, to generate the darkness, and let his candle flame of though burn bright.
